This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of 99pages.dev ("Service"), operated by Velinexis Inc., a Delaware corporation. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and is designed to protect the Service, its users, and the broader internet community. Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
You may not use the Service to create, host, distribute, or store content that: (a) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) contains or distributes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way; (c) promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics; (d) constitutes or facilitates phishing, fraud, scams, or social engineering attacks; (e) contains malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, trojans, or any other malicious code designed to harm users or systems; (f) infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets; or (g) violates the privacy of others, including doxxing or unauthorized sharing of personal information.
You may not use the Service to: (a) send unsolicited bulk email or spam; (b) conduct denial-of-service attacks or overwhelm our infrastructure with excessive automated requests; (c) mine cryptocurrency or perform other computationally intensive operations not related to the intended use of the Service; (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service or other users' content without authorization; (e) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity; (f) circumvent any technical measures we use to enforce this AUP or our Terms of Service; (g) operate proxy services, VPNs, or anonymization services for third parties; or (h) use the Service as a general-purpose file hosting or content delivery network unrelated to website creation.
When using the AI code generation features of the Service, you may not: (a) attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reconstruct the underlying AI models or their training data; (b) use AI features to generate content that violates any other section of this AUP; (c) systematically probe the AI system to discover its limitations for the purpose of exploitation; (d) use AI-generated code to create tools or services designed to cause harm, including but not limited to hacking tools, surveillance software, or weapons systems; or (e) submit prompts designed to bypass AI safety measures or content filters.
When purchasing or owning pages, you must: (a) not use owned pages to host malicious code, backdoors, or undisclosed tracking scripts; (b) not engage in deceptive practices regarding page content; and (c) respect the intellectual property rights of others.
The Service provides shared infrastructure resources. You agree not to use an excessive or disproportionate amount of resources relative to other users. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that consume resources in a manner that degrades the experience for other users.
If you become aware of any content or activity that violates this AUP, please report it to admin@velinexis.com. Include as much detail as possible, including the URL of the offending content, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence. We review all reports and will take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account warnings, or account termination.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions: (a) issue a warning; (b) temporarily suspend access to specific features; (c) remove or disable offending content; (d) suspend your account for a defined period; or (e) permanently terminate your account. For serious or repeated violations, we may take immediate action without prior warning. We may also report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may submit an appeal to admin@velinexis.com within 14 days of the enforcement action. Include your account information, a description of the action taken, and the reason you believe it was made in error. We will review appeals and respond within 10 business days.
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at admin@velinexis.com.
