By accessing or using 99pages.dev ("Service"), operated by Velinexis Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
99pages is a platform where users can create websites using AI-powered vibe coding across pages numbered 1 through 99. Users may purchase ownership of specific page numbers. The Service provides free AI-assisted code generation for all users, GitHub OAuth-based authentication, and git-based code storage and version control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To use certain features of the Service, you must authenticate via GitHub OAuth. By connecting your GitHub account, you authorize us to access your GitHub profile information, including your username, email address, and public profile data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and for all activities that occur under your 99pages account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You retain ownership of the original content you create using the Service, including code, text, images, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. Content generated by the AI features of the Service may be subject to additional terms. You acknowledge that AI-generated code may produce similar or identical outputs for different users, and such outputs are not exclusively yours.
Users may purchase ownership of specific page numbers on the Service. Ownership grants exclusive edit control over the page and the ability to restrict editing to the owner only. Ownership is obtained exclusively through purchase; deploying content to a page does not confer ownership rights. Page ownership is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription. We reserve the right to revoke ownership if the owner violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
The Service uses git-based storage for your code and project files. While we take reasonable measures to protect and back up your data, we do not guarantee that your code will be preserved indefinitely. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. We strongly recommend that you regularly export or clone your repositories to your own storage. We shall not be liable for any loss of code, data, or content stored on the Service.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; (b) upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software through the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or the Service's infrastructure; (d) use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights; (e) circumvent or manipulate any security features, rate limits, or access controls of the Service; (f) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent; or (g) use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other users.
Page ownership purchases require a one-time payment. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our third-party payment processor and merchant of record. By purchasing a page, you agree to pay the listed price and to Paddle's terms of service. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. You authorize Paddle to charge your designated payment method. Prices are subject to change; however, the price at the time of your purchase is final for that transaction.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED CODE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE OF CORRECTNESS, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU USE AI-GENERATED OUTPUT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, and the arbitrator's award shall be final and binding. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at admin@velinexis.com.
