This Refund Policy applies to all page ownership purchases made on 99pages.dev ("Service"), operated by Velinexis Inc. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and refund disbursements on our behalf.
When you purchase a page on 99pages.dev, you are buying ownership of a specific page number (e.g., 99pages.dev/42). Ownership grants you edit control over the page and the ability to restrict editing to yourself. Page ownership is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription.
You may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by our payment processor (Paddle). After 24 hours, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Upon refund, your ownership of the page will be revoked and the page will become available for purchase by others.
Once a refund is processed: (a) your ownership of the page is immediately removed; (b) the page editing mode reverts to public, allowing anyone to edit it; (c) any content you deployed to the page remains on the page but is no longer under your exclusive control; and (d) the page becomes available for purchase by other users.
Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method, minus non-recoverable payment processing fees. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us at support@velinexis.com before initiating a chargeback so that we can resolve the issue directly.
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
To request a refund, email support@velinexis.com with: (a) the email address associated with your account; (b) the page number you purchased; (c) the date of the transaction; and (d) the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs refund eligibility for that transaction.
